I started this website because I was sick of hearing about computer guys taking advantage of the technologically challenged!  Many of my friends and family have been a victim of questionable business practices and I figured that I could really help people relatively easily by answering a few simple questions for people. 

If I could make some side money offering support over the internet, that's not a bad thing either!
